"Fit my Silverado just like expected"
I ordered a set of Westin step bars for my Silverado, and I was a little unsure at first because I’ve had fitment issues from other places before. The info on westinautomotive.com seemed clear for my year and cab style, so I figured it was probably the right match.
Once they showed up, everything lined up and bolted on without needing to drill or fight with it. Shipping was decent too. Overall, I’m happy with it, the bars fit the way they were supposed to, which is really all I was hoping for.

"Worked out , but took some patience"
The parts fit fine , but the instructions were a little unclear in a few places . It ended up taking me longer than I expected . Not a bad product overall , I just wish the setup had been a bit easier .

I ordered from westinautomotive and the packaging was solid. The box got here looking clean, with maybe zero dents or crushed corners that I noticed. Everything inside was wrapped up tight, and nothing was sliding around or scratched. I’ve had car parts show up looking beat up before, so I was a little worried, but this one made it here in about as good of shape as you could ask for. Happy with the whole thing.

"Save your time and look elsewhere"
I tried to find a specific part on the site, but it was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The site felt clunky, the filters didn’t really narrow things down properly, and the pages were loading slowly for me. Checkout worked in the end, but it wasn’t very clear or smooth. If you’re in a hurry, save your time and try another site first.

"Good protection on my truck so far"
I put a Westin grille guard on my truck a few months ago, and so far it’s been doing exactly what I hoped it would. Compared to the cheaper guard I had on my old truck, this one feels a lot more solid and better put together.
I’ve had a couple small run-ins with brush and one tight parking spot where I was glad it was there. It kept the front end from getting scratched up too bad, and it still looks good with no rattling or weird movement.
The install took me a little longer than I expected, but nothing too crazy. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like it adds some good everyday protection without being over the top.

Overall, I’m happy with it. The quality feels solid and it definitely seems sturdy, so I’m not worried about it falling apart anytime soon. That said, it’s not absolutely perfect, and I do think it could be a little more refined in a few small ways. Still, for the most part, it does what I needed and feels like a good buy.

I haven’t bought from Westin Automotive yet, but I’ve heard about them and they seem to have a good reputation around truck accessories. If I needed parts, I’d probably check them out first.

"Fitment checker let me down"
I ordered this set because the site said it would fit my truck, but once I went to install it, the holes didn’t line up right. They were just off enough that I couldn’t get it on without doing extra messing around, which I really wasn’t planning on. Customer service was polite enough, to be fair, but the whole reason I used the fitment checker was to avoid exactly this kind of headache. Ended up wasting my weekend and returning it. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"I ordered this bumper thinking it would line..."
I ordered this bumper thinking it would line up with my factory sensors, but in my experience, the fit just wasn’t quite there. The sensor holes seemed a bit off, and I ended up having to mess around with adapters to get everything close. Even after that, it still didn’t feel perfect. Shipping was fine, no real complaints there, but I personally think the compatibility info could be a lot clearer so people know what they’re getting into.

"Decent product, frustrating support"
The product itself was fine, no real complaints there. But getting help was a pain. It took days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really answer what I asked. Then it felt like the goalposts kept moving, like every response gave me a new hoop to jump through instead of just solving the issue. Frustrating overall.

"Wish I hadn’t taken the chance on this"
After installing it, there’s way more vibration and rattling than I expected. It’s noisy enough that I’m already worried I may have wasted my money, which is frustrating because I was hoping this would be a solid upgrade, not something that makes me feel like I lost out.

The order itself showed the correct brackets, but when the box arrived, the brackets inside were the wrong ones. It’s not even about that being a huge issue, it’s just frustrating when everything looks right on the order and then the actual item doesn’t match

"Part was fine, but the install was a headache"
I bought a part from westinautomotive and the part itself seems okay, but the installation instructions were frustrating. The pictures were tiny, and a few of the steps didn’t even match what I was looking at on my vehicle. What should’ve been a quick install ended up taking way longer than expected. I had to go digging around for videos online just to figure out how to finish it. It also didn’t help that there wasn’t really any human contact or easy way to just talk to someone for clarification. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be

"Steps look good but grip isnt great"
I ordered these steps from westinautomotive.com and overall they look nice on the truck. No real complaints on the fit or style, but the traction could definetly be better. When they get wet they feel a little slick, which is dissapointing for what they cost. I was expecting a better grip for the price.

My order showed up later than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, and I probably should’ve ordered earlier, but the tracking was kind of slow to update so I wasn’t sure what was going on for a while.

I bought a grille guard and, i was a little torn because I usually stick with the brand I’ve used before. But the safety notes and fitment details here were really clear, which made me feel better about trying it. Shipping took one extra day, so not perfect, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out
